Brit Vipham is new Director of Project Management at The Admiral at the Lake, a Kendal affiliate in Chicago.
Brit will oversee the community’s strategic plan, which runs through 2025 and has six pillars and involves multiple departments working together. In addition, they will be a key decision-maker for large capital projects.
Vipham is a financial professional with more than 10 years of communication and business management experience in the field of construction. Brit is a mentor for the group Next-Gen through LeadingAge, where they advises anyone new to the senior living industry or interested in joining it.
