- 24-hour nursing care provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

Non-Lifecare residents of The Harbors are subject to a one-time, non-refundable $3,000 community fee.

Skilled Nursing is the right choice for those who require attentive medical care but don’t have the acute needs that make hospitalization necessary. It provides a higher level of care than other care options like assisted living, whether the need is for more hands-on assistance with routine activities, rehabilitation services, or long-term care.
What’s included in Skilled Nursing care?
Typically, Skilled Nursing includes one or a combination of the following therapies to help a person maintain or regain their highest level of functioning:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
Long-term Skilled Nursing care may also include IV therapy, feeding tube administration, wound care and the monitoring of vital signs and medical equipment, among others.
