Chief Executive Officer
Nadia N. Geigler

Nadia Geigler has worked in the field of aging services since 1999.  In 2016, she joined The Admiral at the Lake as Chief Operating Officer.  Nadia holds a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Management in Nonprofit Administration, both from North Park University, and is a licensed nursing home administrator.  Nadia is a 2012 graduate of the national LeadingAge Leadership Academy and currently serves as Facilitator of the LeadingAge Illinois Leadership Academy.

Chief Financial Officer
Dan Churchill, CPA

Dan was a Senior Manager at Frost, Ruttenberg & Rothblatt, P.C., with more than 9 years of experience as a financial statement auditor specializing in audits of not-for-profit organizations. He oversaw the audits for large Chicago-based senior living communities and world-renowned Chicago-based theater and dance organizations. Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Jennifer Deitelhoff
Director of Resident Services

Jennifer Deitelhoff has been with The Admiral at the Lake since 2009.  She has worked in Retirement Living for 16 years in a large variety of roles, including Activities, Operations, and Sales.  Jennifer graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Sociology and Political Science. She and her husband live in Arlington Heights and have two daughters.  In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys gardening, household projects, running, and being with family and friends.

Mark Dubovick
Health Services Administrator

Mark Dubovick has worked in the field of long-term care since 2001 and has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2007. Mark holds an associate of art’s degree from the City Colleges of Chicago and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management from Loyola University Chicago in 2017. He has been a licensed emergency medical technician (EMT) since 2001. Mark, his wife and their four sons live in the West Rogers Park neighborhood in Chicago, where he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering in his community.

Angela Jalloh
Director of Nursing

Angela Jalloh has worked in many capacities in long-term care. While a C.N.A, she began her nursing education, eventually earning L.P.N, R.N. and B.S.N. degrees. Before coming to The Admiral at the Lake, Angela served in another long-term care community for three years as Assistant Director of Nursing. She also worked as a college nursing instructor for two years. “My motivation is to shift the way nursing interacts with residents and to incorporate each resident’s preference, perspective, background and opinions into daily care,” Angela says.

Akintunde Littlejohn
Director of Information Technology

LJ obtained extensive health care experience as the IT Manager for a network of Community Health Care Centers located in Oak Park, IL. The bulk of his 15+ years Information Technology experience was acquired as the IT Manager of a leading Futures Brokerage located in the Chicago Board of Trade. LJ possesses an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems and is also one of the Admiral’s Compliance Liaisons, the HIPAA Security Officer and the interim HIPAA Privacy Officer.

Anel Kulasic
Director of Facilities

Anel Kulasic has worked in a wide range of health care settings over the years—including continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), hospitals and long-term care/rehab communities—and in a variety of facilities management roles since 2002. Anel graduated from ETI Technical Institute at Wilbur Wright College, with an associate degree in facilities management and will graduate from Arizona State University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Dan Burns
Director of Culinary Services

Dan has worked in the senior living field for the past six years and as a Dining Services Director for the past three years. Before working in senior living communities, Dan was Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant in Silverlake, California, while earning an associate’s degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California. Prior to his culinary work Dan was a lighting designer and master electrician in the theater and entertainment industries in both Los Angeles and New York City.

Katie O’Brien
Director of Sales & Marketing

Katie O’Brien joins The Admiral with sales and marketing experience spanning more than 20 years with the past eight years in healthcare business development in the Chicago area. Katie has an entrepreneurial spirit,  was a Chamber of Commerce Executive Director for ten years, helped build two successful start-up consulting companies, and was Marketing Manager in Madison, Wisconsin. Katie earned her MBA in 2014 and is a 1990 graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Samantha Victor
Human Resources Director

Samantha Victor has worked in the field of long term care and aging services since 2014 within the realm of Human Resources. Samantha joined The Admiral in January 2020 as HR Director. Samantha has a Bachelors in Communications from the University of Illinois- Champaign/Urbana and will complete her Masters in Business Administration by August 2020 from DeVry University. Samantha is a Illinois LeadingAge Leadership Academy graduate of 2020.
