Joining the Embark Priority Program is easy, obligation-free and an introduction to our community amenities and events. It’s a great way to meet residents, get to know the community better and plan ahead for your future. It also allows you to note your accommodation of choice for when you are ready to make one of The Admiral at the Lake’s one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments your new home. Priority Apartment Selection
If you move into The Admiral at any time during your Embark Priority Program membership and the apartment style of your
choice is not available, you will have priority access to the next available apartment of that style over all other applicants.
Monthly Fee Rate Lock
• If you move into The Admiral within the first 12 months of your membership, your monthly fee will not increase during your first year of residency.
• If you move into The Admiral more than 12 months but within 24 months following your membership, your monthly fee will not increase for six months following your move-in date.
Access to Community Amenities and Programs

How do I know for certain I can afford The Admiral at the Lake?
The Admiral at the Lake offers a choice of agreements: 90%, 50% and 0% refundable plans, and fees depend on the apartment type. By paying a one-time Entrance Fee, new residents of The Admiral at the Lake enter the community under a Lifecare contract. An ongoing monthly fee covers residences, services and a comprehensive package of health care.
When should I consider moving?
Currently, once we offer you an apartment and you agree that it’s the place for you, It will take about 3 weeks to go through the approval process. Once approved, a 10% initial deposit is due within 7 days and you then have up to 60 days before the Entrance Fee is due in full and the monthly service fee begins. This is usually the time when people are actively marketing their homes and preparing to move to our community. If you happen to move in sooner than the occupancy date in the contract, the Entrance Fee is due and the monthly fee begins at the time you move into your residence.
