Chicago senior living community The Admiral at the Lake was recently featured in Care.com for its Covid-19 vaccination program. Their dedication to the health and safety of both residents and staff has not gone unrecognized. The Admiral at the Lake community is hopeful for the future, reassured with the promise of better days ahead thanks to the vaccination program.
“There’s a general feeling of gratitude and excitement among residents, their families and staff around the availability of vaccines and being within the first group of recipients,” says Mark Dubovick, Health Services Administrator at The Admiral at the Lake, a senior living community in Chicago. They began administering vaccines on December 30, starting with staff and residents from The Harbors, their assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing building.
