Greystone Communities, Inc., of Irving, Texas serves as the project's developer. Greystone provides planning, development, marketing, financing and management services to senior living community owners and sponsors. Greystone has worked with more than 400 senior living communities and has been engaged to provide development services for over 60 communities nationally since 1982.

Perkins + Will of Chicago will provide architecture interior design services. Established in 1935, they are among the nation's most respected design firms with 70 years of award-winning work and the distinction of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Firm of the Year award. Serving as the interior designer for The Admiral is Arthur Shuster, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota . The firm specializes in designing interior spaces for senior living communities around the country.

Bovis Lend Lease Chicago will serve as the general contractor. Long recognized for managing some of Chicago's most celebrated projects, the firm manages projects in all building sectors and was named Contractor of the Year by Midwest Construction.

ARCH Consultants, ltd. is an owner's representative firm located in Chicago land.  ARCH provides project management and construction consulting from coast to coast.  The 2011 Engineering News Record list of top stars in the Midwest included three senior environment projects, all of them managed by ARCH. .
